John fixed our leaking pipe in less an hour. He is responsive and on time. Very friendly and trying his best to accommodate the schedule that work for us. He also gave us advise on how to prevent issues happen in the future .

We have used Dima plumbing over the years (from sump pump installation; to fridge and dishwasher water hookup; to toilet replacement).... most recently in June 2025. John and Andre always do a great job for us. Expert, hard-working & fast; courteous and professional; and reasonably priced.

It was Saturday 10.30 pm. ,when I called John for an emergency with my toilet, he answered right away, and in less then 30 minutes he was at my place to fix the problem. After that we had a relaxing Sunday with no issues . Thank you John

Was contacted promptly by Andrei, I provided a few pictures and description of what I wanted and he was very upfront with the solution and pricing. Andrei arrived exactly when he said he would and did an amazing job installing drain baskets and piping for a new kitchen sink and copper water line to our new fridge. The work was done quickly and the quality of the install was excellent. Andrei was very pleasant to chat with throughout the entire process and I would absolutely work with him again!

We are so glad we were able to find John, he is such a professional and so friendly. We've been in our house about a year and found a leak in our ceiling directly under one of our bathrooms. John was able to find that a gasket was missing from the bathtub drain, and also the toilet gasket was replaced as there was water around it. Everything done in less than an hour. Hoping this will fix our problem, but I am confident that we won't have leaks anymore! Thanks John!

We had a clogged sink in the kitchen that they quickly resolved. Same day service with preventative tips. Andrei was very nice and professional. Definitely recommend and will be calling again if we have any issues.

My main shut off valve was experiencing a slow drip due to its age (almost 40 year old house). First, John was very prompt in providing me with a quote. When I decided to go with Dima Plumbing, John told me how I needed to co-ordinate with the city for the water shut off and told me the day he was available. On the day of the installation the city inspector was delayed all morning. Once he arrived, I texted John and he quickly made his way down within 30 minutes. He asked the inspector to stay while he installed a new ball main shutoff valve. John was done within 15 minutes thus saving me the cost of turning the water back on later in the day. Watching John work, I could tell he had a lot of experience and knew his stuff. Overall, he was very pleasant to deal with and I recommend him to anyone requiring plumbing services. You are not going to be disappointed.

John has done a few jobs for me over the last few years. This last job was to fix a toilet and unclog a bathroom sink. I’d used John’s service twice within last several months. First to replace the basket strainers with the kitchen sink, he also replaced the piping without charging extra when he saw the pipes not installed properly from before. Second time was to repair a leaking toilet. John was able to identify the issue when I explained to him on the phone and he came and fixed it.
