Honestly I couldn’t have had a better experience with Dima Plumbing. Andrei was honest, professional and went above and beyond for my toilet replacement. He did a great job also diagnosing whether it needed replacement or could be repaired and recommending which unit to buy.

Dima Plumbing replaced 2 outdoor and 2 indoor faucets for us. Andrei was always very prompt to respond to any questions we had beforehand, and was always very courteous throughout the whole process. His workmanship was excellent, and we had no issues. We would definitely use him again for our next plumbing project!

Was contacted promptly by Andrei, I provided a few pictures and description of what I wanted and he was very upfront with the solution and pricing. Andrei arrived exactly when he said he would and did an amazing job installing drain baskets and piping for a new kitchen sink and copper water line to our new fridge. The work was done quickly and the quality of the install was excellent. Andrei was very pleasant to chat with throughout the entire process and I would absolutely work with him again!

John gave me a reasonable quote, arrived on time, replaced professionally and clean two toilets. Happy with the service and gladly recommend.

We had a problem with a leaking toilet that had to be fixed. I contacted John with my questions and received the response very promptly. After I was ready to go ahead with the repairs he was able to squeeze me into his schedule on the next day. He arrived on time and did a great job fixing the leak. It has been more than 8 months since that day and we have not had a single problem again. Another good thing that came out of his visit is that if something is going to go wrong with the plumbing in the condo I don't need to spend time searching for someone I trust with the plumbing work, I will definitely call him again.

Needed to replace the Thermostatic valve in our shower. John Dima was on-time very professional and got to work right away. What I liked was how he worked; He put on shoe covers at the front door, was careful not to scratch or damage the shower, was constantly wiping down the surface to make sure it was clean and free of any debris. Awesome Job. I would recommend Dima Plumbing and will call upon him if we need future servicing.

I contacted John for a shutoff valve and outdoor faucet that needed replacing. He arrived at my house 30 mins after I called and he had everything done in about an hour and a half. Our shutoff valve is boxed in with drywall and accessed through a little door. Another plumber that I had contacted first, but didn’t use, was adamant that he would need to cut out the drywall box. John made a point of trying to avoid any damage and, in the end, was able to finish without cutting the drywall, which I really appreciate! John was very professional and courteous and his price was very fair. I’ll definitely be contacting him again for future plumbing jobs.

John and Andrei have completed several jobs at our home (installing plumbing fixtures/toilets, drain snaking, sump pump clean up (alot!) and installation of new pump. My call was courteously taken and John arrived on time. He quickly checked the issue with leak and then replaced the kitchen faucet quickly. He also worked on to unclog the pipe and all finished in a couple of hours. Very professional and good quality work. Will definitely call him the next time.

John has done a few jobs for me over the last few years. This last job was to fix a toilet and unclog a bathroom sink. We hired Dima Plumbing to replace our outdoor faucet since it was rusty and our old hose was corroded stuck on it. John came on time, was polite and personable, very efficient with the job, and offered helpful tips on what do with outdoor faucets during the winter. The highlight for me was watching John work. It was a quick and straightforward replacement (less than 30 mins) but you could see the years of knowledge and experience with how smoothly John replaced the old faucet, cleaned away the years of rust and corrosion, and attached the brand new bib. It was like watching those mastercraftsmen working effortlessly with their tools to scrape and sculpt something from nothing. Highly recommend John and Dima Plumbing!

A great company with real professionals and affordable prices. Andrei diagnosed, explained and eliminated two problems for us - with a stink in the laundry room due to an incorrect connection of the washing machine, and with a leaky bath tub. He was extremely polite and patient during the conversation, came on time, proposed the least intrusive solutions, and was very attentive, careful and clean in his work.
