Andrei Dima of Dima Plumbing is very professional, skillful, courteous, patient, and has the best customer service I have seen. He works wonderfully with his father, John Dima, in their trade business. Last Thursday night, I had a very stubborn kitchen sink clog, and Andrei came to the rescue just 4 hours after I called him on Friday morning. He was very honest about the work, and the phone estimate was very accurate. There was some complication with the clog, leading the snake to go up the vent rather than going down the pipe where the clog was. Andrei recognized the problem and patiently re-snaked the pipe to clear the clog. He explained what was going on every step of the way and shared his train of thought with me, which I appreciate. In addition, he was very careful and patient with my existing pipe when opening it up to avoid any cracks. He also helped me clear up my under-the-sink cabinet before his work and cleaned up any mess afterwards. I am very impressed. After the repair, Andrei showed me some tips on maintaining the kitchen sink to reduce the chances of it clogging up again in the future. I am very appreciative of his initiatives. What differentiates Andrei from others is that he is very professional, enthusiastic and takes pride in doing his job, in addition to his honest and friendly personality. John came on time, was polite and personable, very efficient with the job, and offered helpful tips on what do with outdoor faucets during the winter. The highlight for me was watching John work. It was a quick and straightforward replacement (less than 30 mins) but you could see the years of knowledge and experience with how smoothly John replaced the old faucet, cleaned away the years of rust and corrosion, and attached the brand new bib.
