I contacted Dima Plumbing, because my water mains shut-off valve was leaking. After requesting pictures to check the pipe size, they quoted me a price for parts and labour with warranty. This was a set job price, which made me very comfortable, because there were no hidden costs. I dealt with Andrei, who explained that I needed to get the city to shut off the water from outside and then call him to do the job (This prevented me from paying any wait fees and made sure the city could actually shut off the water.). Andrei arrived on time and was very efficient at his job. In addition, he went through the procedures I need to do when closing and opening the shut-off valve, as well as checking my outdoor hose valve had been closed properly for the winter. He answered any question I had with patience and quality information. I would highly recommend Dima Plumbing.

Andre was an absolute pleasure to work with! From my initial call, to the scheduling of the visit, to the onsite work itself, this guy handled everything like a true professional. He determined the problem was outside of my house and even helped guide me for next steps with the City! What a hero! Excellent Work and Service We hired Dima Plumbing to install drainage for a new sink. John showed up on time and was very polite and professional. He took time to answer all of our questions and completed the job in no-time. He cleaned up nicely and provided helpful tips for keeping out drains clear. Incredible service! +++ So glad to have found John, as now our go to master plumber. He is very professional, reasonably priced, highly skilled and a true gentleman. Getting an accurate quote from John was quick and easy - I submitted pictures with my job list using their web form, received a fair quote within the hour, and a few minutes later I was able to book a convenient time with him. He came on time and communicated 30 minutes on the dot before arrival. He installed a handheld bidet sprayer with hot and cold water connection and a pair of water hammer arrestors for my front loading high efficiency washer. He worked clean and efficiently and checked everything with me before wrapping up. Highly recommend him and will be calling him for all my plumbing needs going forward.

This afternoon, Andrei repaired a leaking toilet and installed a faucet and water filter in our kitchen. Due to the faucet we purchased, the job was a little more complicated than anticipated, but Andrei solved the issue no problem. The wall behind my toliet was making a loud noise whenever I flushed so I found John on the internet with good reviews. John answered his phone quickly and an appointment was scheduled for the next morning. John was very prompt and efficient and replaced the valve in my toilet in 30 mins. John is also pleasant and very professional to deal with.

Great work and excellent service. We called Dima plumbing to have a hose tap installed on the side of our home. The work was scheduled quickly and finished as promised. Will be using Dima again in the future.

Repair with efficiency and friendly attitude…A reliable plumber near my home…

John was very quick to respond to my inquiry, call him in the morning and arrived the same afternoon. Had him inspect my toilet flange after i had renovated the flooring. He was in an out in a matter of 30 mins. Will definitely call him again!

We had a problem with a leaking toilet that had to be fixed. I contacted John with my questions and received the response very promptly. After I was ready to go ahead with the repairs he was able to squeeze me into his schedule on the next day. He arrived on time and did a great job fixing the leak. It has been more than 8 months since that day and we have not had a single problem again. Another good thing that came out of his visit is that if something is going to go wrong with the plumbing in the condo I don't need to spend time searching for someone I trust with the plumbing work, I will definitely call him again.

John is an absolute legend. We found and hired John ~3-4 years ago about a hot water tank/pipe issue at our condo and what stuck with me was his knowledge and professionalism. Fast forward to this week and we were looking to get a new dishwasher installed and who did we go back to? Yup. John. His attention to detail is superb and spent a lot of time making sure the leveling and fit, etc. was just right. I honestly can’t think of someone else I would recommend/use for my plumbing needs.
